The Home of the Rhinos! Ryan Park is a "bus-in" school with a vast majority of the students residing in rural areas of Steuben County. Steuben County borders the Michigan state line to the north and the Ohio state line to the east with Angola as the county seat.
Ryan Park is accredited through the Indiana Department of Education. Our school improvement goal focuses on improving in the areas of reading and math as measured by the statewide ILEARN annual test. Professional development is offered and encouraged for every staff member to model life-long learning. Our curriculum is reviewed annually for changes and supporting resources using previous spring assessment data. In order to best meet the needs of our students, Ryan Park staff uses data from a number of quality assessments to drive instruction.
Academic programming includes "Multi-Tier System of Support" levels beginning with classroom differentiation within the regular classroom moving to small group and individual instruction during scheduled periods of the day.
